This ticket shop is provided by SatsGate (a service of Satoshi Engineering) on behalf of the event organizer. For the purpose of data protection laws, the event organizer is the controller of your personal data. SatsGate acts as a processor, and we use Pretix (rami.io GmbH, Germany) as our backend service provider and sub-processor.

We process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) to fulfill your ticket order. Where necessary for security or troubleshooting, we process data based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Privacy is a priority to us. Whenever possible, we try to collect and retain as little data about you as possible. On this page, we explain what data we collect and who can access it. We want to note that every communication on the internet can have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of your data is not possible, but we try to achieve the highest possible standards to protect your data.

We'll forward all information you entered during the order process to the organizer of the event. Please contact the event organizer to obtain their privacy policy.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR. This applies to the data transferred between your browser and our servers as well as between our servers.

Your data is processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). We do not transfer your data outside the EEA. Our backend provider, Pretix (rami.io GmbH), processes data on servers located in Germany.

Our team only accesses your data when strictly necessary to resolve technical issues or support request. Access is limited to authorized personnel and is logged.

Emails regarding your ticket order are sent directly by our backend provider, Pretix (rami.io GmbH). Pretix may record whether an email was successfully delivered or whether links in the email were accessed, in order to ensure technical delivery and assist with support inquiries. Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. Since we act solely on behalf of the event organizer, please direct all data protection requests to the event organizer. We are happy to assist them in fulfilling your rights.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority ( https://www.dsb.gv.at ) if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully.

If you buy a ticket, we use cookies to enhance the ordering process and to remember that your carts belong to you. If you buy tickets from multiple different organizers, we never track your visit across events and never correlate this data. We do not track IP addresses, browsers, referers or any other unnecessary metadata.

Data is stored in Pretix’s systems for as long as necessary to fulfill your ticket order and comply with legal retention obligations. Please refer to Pretix’s privacy policy for detailed retention periods.

Name, email, billing details, ticket selections are forwarded to Pretix.
